Sònar Festival

Several tracks I made under various aliases (Phran, DJ Phidias, Pacheko) have been licensed to Sònar Festival for the festival’s AV promos.

It’s a dream come true to provide original music for one of my favourite festivals in the world, the one and only Sònar Festival.

The challenge has been to provide original sounds that could feel fresh, fun, forward thinking, but also somehow timeless at the same time. To achieve this, I dug deep into my original music archives, and searched for music I’ve made throughout the years under various aliases such as Phran, DJ Phidias and Pacheko.

It’s a blessing to see how music I’ve build recently, but also years ago, can still feel fresh in the eyes of such an amazing festival. Let alone the fact that being able to play live and DJ sets at Sònar it’s an inmense honor for me.
